Options - SQL

To add or edit an SQL field:

1. Create a new report or load an existing one.

Refer to "Creating a New Report", "Using the Report Wizard" or "Loading an Existing Report".

Micronet displays the Report Generator screen.

2. Select OPTIONS | SQL.

Micronet displays the Add/Edit SQL screen.

3. If you want to:

• add an SQL field, select the Add button
• edit an SQL field, double click on a field or select a field then select the Edit button
• delete an SQL field, select the field then select the Delete button

If you selected to add or edit an SQL field, Micronet displays the Edit SQL Field screen.

4. Complete the following fields:

5. Select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Add/Edit SQL screen showing the SQL field you setup.

6. Repeat the steps above to enter more SQL fields.
7. When you have finished, select the OK button.

Micronet redisplays the Report Generator screen.
